AM Solutions has launched the M4 Basic, a compact vibratory finishing system designed as an entry point for smaller additive manufacturing users.

The machine handles polymer and metal parts up to 70 x 70 x 25 mm from SLA, SLS, MJF, and SLM processes. Features include plug-and-play installation, mobile design, and multi-process capability for smoothing, grinding, polishing, and deburring.

This addresses a real gap: small AM operations have lacked affordable automation for post-processing, often relying on manual labor. The M4 Basic changes that equation.
