The FilaDC i10 stores up to ten spools at 10-45% RH using a self-regenerating molecular sieve system, keeping hygroscopic filament dry without heat.

A cabinet that keeps filament dry without heating it

SUNLU and INSLOGIC are taking pre-orders for the FilaDC i10, a filament storage cabinet that dehumidifies at room temperature instead of baking spools like a conventional dryer. The unit holds up to ten 1kg spools and targets a humidity range between 10% and 45% RH, with an advertised accuracy of plus or minus 5%.

The i10 works by circulating chamber air through a molecular sieve bed. When the sieves saturate, a PTC heating element regenerates them automatically. The rear vent opens and closes during the absorb, exhaust, and cool phases. A front touchscreen displays real-time humidity and temperature, plus the current cycle status. The company quotes noise at or below 30 dB.

Pre-orders open September 15, 2026. SUNLU is targeting a price under $199 USD, with regional pricing listed at $199.99 in the US, GBP 179.99 in the UK, and EUR 199.99 in Europe. An Early Access Pass costs $1 between now and September 14, granting a $10 discount code when pre-orders go live.

The i10 is not a replacement for an active filament dryer. It is designed for spools that have already been conditioned and need a stable low-humidity environment between prints. In practical testing with wet TPU, the unit maintained 12% RH inside while ambient humidity sat at 54% after 48 hours.

Build quality stood out in early reviews. The door uses a magnetic catch and rubber gasket. Integrated handles make it easy to move when loaded. The cabinet measures 395 by 300 by 508 mm externally and weighs 6.3 kg. It runs on AC 110V or 220V and consumes roughly 0.23 kWh per day.

For makers and print farms that switch between nylon, PETG, TPU, and other hygroscopic materials, the i10 fills a real gap. Most users do not have the discipline to reseal every open spool after each session. A continuously dehumidified cabinet is a practical answer to that problem.
