New Raven and Raven Max scanners bridge the gap between hobbyist phone LiDAR and expensive industrial solutions.

3DMakerPro has launched the Raven Series, a new line of professional-grade LiDAR spatial scanners designed to bring high-precision 3D scanning within reach of creators and professionals. The lineup includes two models: Raven at $1,699 and Raven Max at $2,699.

Bridging the Quality Gap

While iPhone LiDAR (available on Pro models) serves as a great entry point for casual room scanning and AR, Raven is designed as a professional-grade spatial scanner for high-precision engineering and 3D modeling. The scanners combine 12MP pro-RGB capture with an ultra-light 110g body.

Both models launched globally on March 12, 2026, with early-bird pricing of $999 for the first 100 units of Raven and $1,499 for Raven Max.

Designed for Professionals

Positioned as personal LiDAR spatial scanners, Raven is designed to capture interiors, rooms, and outdoor environments while offering a more compact and accessible approach to spatial scanning compared to professional predecessors.

The scanners are perfect for applications including 3D modeling, Gaussian Splatting, and spatial capture. Early access sign-ups are now available for those interested in the technology.

The Raven Series aims to address the significant price gap between consumer phone-based LiDAR and expensive industrial scanning solutions, making professional-grade scanning accessible to independent creators, small studios, and professionals who need higher precision than phone scanning but can't justify the cost of industrial systems.
