Fugo Precision 3D introduces the worlds first all-in-one centrifugal 3D printing system that uses 2000 Gs of centrifugal force to eliminate layer lines.
A California-based startup is promising to shake up the resin 3D printing world with a fundamentally different approach. Fugo Precision 3D has developed the worlds first centrifugal additive manufacturing system that consolidates printing, washing, drying, and curing into a single automated workflow.
How It Works
Instead of using traditional mechanical means to apply layers, Fugo generates artificial gravity through centrifugal forces of up to 2000 Gs. Parts form as concentric rings while fully submerged in resin that acts as its own support structure.
All-In-One Automation
The system addresses one of resin 3D printings biggest pain points: post-processing. Fugo performs the entire print-wash-dry-cure cycle in one machine, eliminating manual handling.
Performance Claims
- 10x faster throughput compared to conventional systems
- Sub-30 micron repeatability for high-precision parts
- 50% fewer supports needed
Market Debut
Fugo Precision 3D made its official debut at LMT LAB DAY Chicago 2026 in collaboration with partner Graphy Inc.
